Workmen's Compensation Policy

This policy covers the liability of employers against the legal liability under the Workmen's Compensation Act, the Fatal Accident's Act and at common Law in respect of personal injuries by accident or diseases arising out of and in the course of the employment of the workmen/employees including all costs and expenses in defending any claims.
